Total weight loss. -5.4 pounds (in 3 weeks)
Which is all great news. Except I decided to go off the handle and eat 3 slices of pizza with my sister for lunch. So naturally I am spending the rest of the day trying to exercise off the 23 points worth of pizza that I ate in one sitting. So far I did a half hour of Pilates (4 points) 10 minutes on the treadmill (1 point). Would have been more but my bum hip can’t handle the treadmill. And an hour on a stationary bike (6 points). Total so far 11 activity points. And it’s not enough. And I’m feeling really upset with myself. That stationary bike is going to stare at me for the rest of the day willing me to get on it for 2 more hours and earn another 12 points so in my head it will be like I never ate that pizza. Even though I know that’s not true.
